respondent authority and the matter is pending before the Secretary, Krishi Upaj Mandi Samiti, District Balrampur.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to move appropriate application before the Secretary, Krishi Upaj Mandi Samiti, District Balrampur, who, in turn, shall consider the application and take final decision on the said proceedings expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the parties.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
