Shri Ashish Shrivastava, learned counsel appearing for the contemnors, would submit that in compliance of the order passed by this Court on 28.09.2015 in WPS No.1719/2015, the Executive Council of the University was to decide the representation, however, the meeting of the Executive Council has not yet been convened, therefore, there is some delay in the matter. He would submit that the Executive Council shall decide the matter within a period of 6 weeks from today.

If the respondents fail to take any decision in the matter within the aforesaid period, the petitioner would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.
