Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Election Appeal preferred by the petitioner under Section 24 of The Pharmacy Act, 1948 is pending consideration before respondent No.01 since 29.09.2017 and has not been decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, Appellate Authority is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, after hearing the parties, as the appeal is pending since 29.09.2017. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
