1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that MJC No. 270/2017 under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. for grant of maintenance filed by the respondent and Civil Suit No. 293-A/2017 under Section 12 of Hindu Marriage Act filed by the petitioner for declaration of marriage as void are pending consideration before Principal Family Court, Bilaspur since 19/06/2017 and there is no substantial progress in the trial of both the proceedings, therefore, direction be issued for early and expeditious disposal of both of them.
2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, considered his submissions and went through the records with utmost circumspection.
3. Be that as it may, learned family Court is directed to expedite the trial of both the proceedings mentioned herein-above and conclude them expeditiously in accordance with law.
4. With the above stated direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
