1. Mr. Avinash Chand Sahu learned counsel for applicants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this anticipatory bail application. However, he prays for issuance of a direction to the Court below concerned for considering regular bail application of present applicant on the same day, if filed by him after his surrender.
2. Mr. Vimlesh Bajpai, learned State Counsel submits that he is not having objection if any such direction is issued.
3. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. If an application for grant of regular bail is filed by present applicant after his surrender, the Court below concerned may try to consider and decide it on the same day, if possible, in accordance with law.
