Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that Collector, Raigarh has passed an order of recovery on 28.01.2016 and held him guilty without affording any opportunity of hearing to petitioner. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to prefer representation / revision before the Commissioner, Raipur within ten days from today and that will be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law by the said authority within a period of 30 days thereafter, after

hearing the parties.

For a period of ten days or till the petitioner approaches the Commissioner, no coercive steps shall be taken against him. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
