The limited grievance ventilated through this petition is that the application under Section 109, 110 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, filed by the petitioner before respondent No.3/ Tahsildar for mutation has remained pending without any decision till date.

After going through the pleadings and documents on record, I deem it expedient to dispose off the petition at this stage with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide petitioner's application within a period of three months subject to cooperation by the petitioner. If the petitioner seeks any adjournment, the period prescribed by this Court shall not be binding on the respondent-authorities. 3.
