1. Heard.
2. The applicant has preferred the first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.33/2021, registered at Police Station - Devendra Nagar, DistrictRaipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The applicant has allegedly induced the complainant to make payment of total amount of Rs.6,30,000/- for securing job in the Indian Railways, however, thereafter he did not return amount and instead handed over one fake allotment letter.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.
5. Considering that the applicant is in jail since 25-02-2021 i.e. for more than five months and the offence is triable by Judicial Magistrate First Class, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.
6. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
