ORDER

(Passed on this 22nd April, 2018) 1.

This Petition is directed against the transfer order dated 30.11.2017, whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from Hardi, District Rajnandgaon to Dongargarh, District Rajnandgaon, on the post of Incharge, Block Education Officer.

Shri Mishra submits that he has already complied with the transfer order, as passed by the Respondent authorities, during pendency of this Petition.

In view of the said fact, the Petitioner does not want to pursue this Petition any further. Accordingly, the instant Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
