This is petition for modification of order dated 19.03.2014 passed in W.P.(S)No.1322 of 2014 by the learned Single Judge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents have not decided the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner till today, therefore, some time limit be fixed.

Respondent authorities are under obligation to act in accordance with law and also respect the order of the High Court.
