This is the fifth bail application for grant of regular bail to the applicant. The last bail application for grant of regular bail has been rejected just two months before i.e. on 05.02.2019 and there is no change of circumstances appeared within such short span of time. Further, from the perusal of the documents, it appears that the trial is lingering on for defence witness.

Therefore, under these facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to reconsider the bail application again. Accordingly, the same is dismissed at admission stage itself. Sd/- (Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant) Judge Monika
