It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that Claim Case No.143/2011 (Smt. Vibha Verma and 3 others Vs. Sandeep Kumar Awsariya and 2 others) filed under Section 166/140 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 is

pending since 17-11-2011. It is prayed on behalf of the petitioners that the petition may be disposed of by directing the Court below to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible as it is a matter pending for more than four years.
