1. The submission of the learned State Counsel would show that as per the direction of this Court dated 17.5.2019, statement of witness Sandhya Verma, who is said to be witness of the incident, has been recorded.

2. In view of the submission of learned State Counsel, no further direction can be given in this petition to conduct investigation in a particular manner. The petitioner would be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy as available to him under the Code of Criminal Procedure.
