HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet CRMP No. 789 of 2020 Doman Lal Vs. Smt. Kiran Sahu 10.06.2020 Today the case is listed on office reference for extension of time to dispose of Criminal M.J.C. No. 594/2018 (Kiran Sahu & others. Vs. Domanlal).

Perused the PUD received from the court of Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg for extension of time to conclude the proceeding of Criminal M.J.C. No. 594/2018 pending before that court. This Court while disposing of CRR No. 1426 of 2019 has ordered the Family Court to dispose of the case preferably within a period of three months.

After considering the prayer made by Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg, I feel inclined to allow the prayer, therefore, the prayer is allowed.

Further four months time is granted to dispose of Criminal M.J.C. No. 594/2018.
