1. P.U.D. dated 26.04.2021 has been received form the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bilaspur, C.G. requesting the extension of time to conclude the trial in M.J.C. No.30/2014 within a time limit. During the pendency of this P.U.D. another P.U.D. dated 22.05.2021 has been received from the same Court informing that the case has been disposed off on 22.05.2021. The time frame was fixed by this Court in order dated 26.02.2020 passed in W.P.(227) No.1067 of 2018

2. After taking into consideration the reasons given, both the P.U.Ds are disposed off with this order, that the time granted in W.P.(227) No.1067 of 2018 has been extended till the date on which the case mentioned hereinabove was disposed off.
