Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 17/04/2018 The transfer order is challenged on the ground of frequent shifting of the petitioner. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, within a short period of two years, this is the fourth shifting.

The last posting of the petitioner was in the Regional Office which is also at the same station. The place where the petitioner is now being transferred is about 60 kms. away. Therefore, in these circumstances, I am not inclined to keep the matter pending but to allow the petitioner to prefer representation to the authorities. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, the petitioner prefers representation, it shall be considered and decided within two weeks. 4.

In view of above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider his representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
