1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.40/2020 registered in Police Station Sahaspur Lohara, District Kabirdham for offence under Section 420/34 of the IPC.

2. This is the third bail application on behalf of the applicant. Two bail applications have been dismissed on merits. The accused persons have accepted huge amount to the tune of Rs.77 lakhs from different victims on false assurance of providing Government job.

3. No case for entertaining this 3rd bail application is made out. It is accordingly rejected.
