1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that vide communication dated 22.07.2020, received from Telibandha (C.G.) wherein, it has been informed that there is no offence registered against the present Applicant.

2. Looking to the above, learned counsel for the Applicant doesn't want to press this anticipatory bail application. However, he seeks liberty to submit a fresh application if occasion so arises.

3. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
