Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 05/02/2016 Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners is mainly against the inaction on the part of respondent No.6, who has not taken decision

on petitioner's representation for correction of result. 2.

It is the assertion of the petitioners that they appeared as a student in the entrance examination of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Malhar and in the result, their names were to be described as Urban Category but they have been wrongly shown in the rural category. Representation to this effect has been made for correction of their result, but no decision has been taken thereon. 3.

In view of above, it is directed that the respondent No.6 shall consider the representation of petitioners on its own merits and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
