1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has subsequently complied with the order of transfer and hence the main issue of the petitioner has become infructuous. However, the dispute which now remains is the salary for the intervening period for which he has already

made a representation to the authorities along with proper leave applications.

2. Given the fact that the matter has become infructuous so far as the issue of transfer is concerned and as far as the intervening period and the benefit which the petitioner is claiming for, it is left for the respondent-authorities to take appropriate decision in accordance with the service Rules governing the field at the earliest on the representation so filed by the petitioner in this regard.
