Chief Conservator of Forest, Raipur Circle, Raipur, District Raipur (CG) 2.
Divisional Forest Officer, North Division, now Mahasamund Division, Mahasamund, District Mahasamund (CG) ... Respondents For Petitioner :
Mrs. Smita Jha, Advocate.
For Respondents :
Mr. S.P. Kale, Dy. Advocate General.
Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 06/09/2018 1.
The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is the non-realizing of the amount lying with the respondents under the contributory pension scheme.
2.
Perusal of the record would reveal there has been a couple of recommendation made by the department, particularly by the District Treasury Officer, recommending the release of the amount to the petitioner, but till date no further steps have been taken by the authorities concerned for the release of the said amount.
3.
Given the said limited facts and circumstances of the case, let the respondent no.2 pass a final order on the issue of release of contributory pension scheme amount to the petitioner and if ultimately as per the recommendation of the District Treasury Officer it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the same, let the same be released to the petitioner with interest at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court.
4.
The writ petition stands allowed and disposed of accordingly. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) /sharad/ Judge
