1. Learned State Counsel would submit that the enquiry between two groups of Bhanupratappur Pariwahan Sangh is under consideration before the Assistant Registrar, Firms and Societies, Bilaspur, however, the parties to the dispute are not cooperating with the Assistant Registrar. He would submit that if the parties cooperate, the Assistant Registrar would be in a position to conclude the proceeding within
reasonable time.
2. In view of the submission made, nothing survives for issuing any direction. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Assistant Registrar, Firms and Societies, Bilaspur to conclude the proceedings at the earliest, subject, however to cooperation by the parties.
