This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred to assail the order passed by the District Judge, Balodabazar in arbitration execution case.

It is settled law that a writ of certiorari cannot be issued against judicial order passed by the Principal Civil Court of ordinary jurisdiction or for that matter by any other Civil Court exercising its ordinary civil jurisdiction.

The writ petition is not maintainable in its present format. It is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable. The petitioner may prefer a duly constituted writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India afresh.
