Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has been charged with the property tax which is not liable and the spot inspection has been done in absence of the petitioner, therefore, the Corporation be directed to do the spot inspection in his presence as his property comes in Zone-III of the Corporation. 2.
Be that as it may, the Corporation is directed to do the spot inspection of the subject property in petitioner's presence and decide the petitioner's objection expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
