The limited prayer that Petitioner makes at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to Respondents to consider and decide his representation pertaining to grant of Time Scale Pay and also in respect of giving proper seniority to Petitioner and placing his name in the Gradation List according to seniority.

According to Petitioner, the representations which the Petitioner has made repeatedly have till date not been decided by Respondents. 3.

Given the said fact, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is disposed of directing Respondents No.2 to 4 to take an appropriate decision on the representation that Petitioner has made, in accordance with the rules and guidelines governing the field, at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
