The petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be aggrieved of the employment which the respondent No.5 has got under the respondents No.1 to 4.

According to the petitioner, the respondent No.5 has impersonated himself showing him to be the son of late Raghab Nahak, whereas the father of the respondent No.5 is somebody else and Raghab Nahak is infact the father of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has

given a complaint to the respondents No.1 to 4, but no further progress is known to the petitioner on this.

Given the said nature of dispute that the petitioner has, since the respondents No.1 to 4 are represented through their Panel Lawyer, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition at this juncture can be disposed of directing the respondent No.1 to 4 to take appropriate steps on the complaint that the petitioner has made in accordance with the service regulations governing the field.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of.
