1. Proceedings of this matter have been conducted through video conferencing from the High Court premises at Bodri, Bilaspur.

2. After arguing for a fairly long time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file application under Section 454 of the CrPC for custody of the currency and will also file application for condonation of delay.

3. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with the aforesaid liberty.
