Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been suspended from the post of Panchayat Secretary by order dated 19.5.2015 and till this date, charge-sheet has not been issued to him, though 45 days has been expired from the date of order of suspension, therefore, it is liable to be revoked, for which he made a representation before the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat, Korea Baikunthpur for revocation of order of suspension, which has not been decided till this date. He further submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation for revocation of his order of suspension to the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat, Korea Baikunthpur.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 3.

The petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat, Korea Baikunthpur within 10 days from today and in turn, the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat, Korea Baikunthpur is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and the Rules applicable within 30 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
