(2) Learned counsel for the parties would submit that issue raised in this petition is covered by Division Bench decision dated 26.02.2015 passed in Writ Appeal No.1123 of 2012 (Sukhdeo Puri Goshwami Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others), in which, this Court has observed as under:- "12. Let the current pension of the Appellants/Petitioners be calculated and payment commenced preferably within

a period of four weeks from the date of receipt and/or production of a copy of this order and the arrears to be paid within a period of 12 months from the date of current pension starts".

(3) Accepting the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of in similar terms of Writ Appeal No.1123 of 2012.
