Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that application for issuance of caste certificate in favour of children of the petitioner is pending for consideration before the SubDivisional Officer (Revenue), Durg, which may be directed to be decided at the earliest.

Be that as it may, the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Durg is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner within a period of two weeks' from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has

not expressed any opinion on merits of the case. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
