1. The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.14/2020 registered in Police Station -Shankergarh, District- Balrampur-Ramanujganj (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 363, 366, 376 (3) IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the objector submits that the objector has no objection to grant of bail.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to revive in case trial is not commenced/concluded and the pre-trial detention is more than one year.

4. Accordingly, with the liberty as prayed for, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
