(3) In view of above, respondent No.3 i.e. Block Education Officer, Bilaigarh, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara is directed to consider and take a decision on the pending case of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of

receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
