(2) This Court vide order dated 03.11.2017 passed in Arbitration Appeal No. 13 of 2016, while disposing of the appeal, directed that the District Judge, Korba shall decide the matter as early as possible preferably within a period of three months. (3) However, by this PUD learned District Judge, Korba has prayed for further time for deciding the matter.

(4) Considering the reasons assigned in the P.U.D., prayer is allowed and further one month time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to the District Judge, Korba to comply with the order.
