This is repeat application for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that earlier also, the applicant had sought grant of bail on medical grounds. He further submits that later on, the applicant had to be taken to hospital for treatment as he suffering from certain medical disease. Therefore, on this ground, prayer for grant of bail has been rejected.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

This Court considered the material on record including the submission regarding medical conditions but not inclined to grant bail. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

However, taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is suffering from disease, the applicant may surrender and submit the medical papers before the Court below, who shall consider the same at the time of considering the application for grant of regular bail after surrender.
