When the matter was taken in the first half, Shri Arun Sao, learned Dy. Advocate General was directed to seek instructions in the matter.

Shri Sao, learned Dy. Advocate General would submit, on telephonic instructions, that the concerned Sub Divisional

Magistrate (SDM) had convened meeting of the respectable citizens of Birgaon to sort out the issue and in all likelihood a solution would be found out and the application submitted by the petitioner shall be disposed of on or before the festival of Vijayadashami (िविजयदशमी).

In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 4.
