1. By the impugned order, warrant of arrest for non-compliance of the decree dated 6.3.2003 has been issued against the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that decretal amount has already been deposited by the petitioner pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 2.1.2018.

3. In view of that, the order directing the petitioner for sending him in civil prison for 15 days is set-aside. However, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law and the respondent is entitled to withdraw the amount so deposited with the leave of Executing Court.
