This is Second Bail Application filed under Section 439 of CrPC for grant of regular bail as the applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 88/2020 registered at Police Station Khamtarai, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 323, 324, 302/34 of IPC. Earlier, first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 17.12.2020 with liberty to renew after examination of material witness. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the witnesses could not be examined till date and applicant is in jail since 22.02.2020. 4.

Taking into consideration, the impugned order dated 17.12.2020, whereby the learned counsel for the applicant has withdrawn the bail application with a liberty to revive the same after examination of material witnesses, the submission of learned counsel for applicant, nature of offence, I do not find any ground to entertain this second bail application at this stage. 5.

Accordingly, bail application is dismissed.
