1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.50/2021 registered in Police Station: Rajpur District Balrampur - Ramanujganj for offence under Sections 376 (2) (<) of the IPC.

2. The applicant has committed forcible sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix on promise to marry even though he was already married before their relations began.
