1. At the outset, counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application and also prays for issuance of direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial against the applicant.

2. Learned counsel for the State as well as objector have no objection.

3. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in the case against the applicant and to decide it as soon as normal functioning of the Courts is started.
