Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that appeal preferred by the petitioner is pending consideration before respondent No. 1 since 03.02.2018 and has not been decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, respondent No. 1 is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order as the appeal is pending since 03.02.2018.
