The present MCC has been filed by the Applicant seeking modification in the cause-title of order dated 14.3.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 2280 of 2018.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that certain clerical/typographical error has occurred in the cause-title of order dated 14.3.2018 while reflecting the status of the Petitioner/Applicant so also the address of Respondent No.4.

Learned Counsels appearing for the respective Respondents do not dispute this fact.

Accordingly, the order dated 14.3.2018 in W.P.(S) No. 2280 of 2018 stands modified to the extent that the status of the Applicant Dr. Upasana Khare reflected in the cause-title as W/o, i.e. wife of, shall be read as D/o, i.e. daughter of. So also the address of Respondent No.4, i.e., Chief Medical & Health Officer written as District Hospital Jashpur, District Jashpur shall be read as District Hospital Kanker, District Kanker. 5.

The MCC stands accordingly allowed and disposed of. 6.

Let this order be made a part of order dated 14.3.2018 in W.P.(S) No. 2280 of 2018.
