1. The matter is heard through Video Conferencing.

2. This is the sixth bail application filed under Section 439 of the CrPC for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.38/2019 registered at Police Station Sakri, District Bilaspur for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 384, 509(B) of Indian Penal Code.

3. The first, second, third, fourth and fifth bail applications of the application were rejected on merits by the co-ordinate bench of this Court on 13.03.2019, 16.05.2019, 05.09.2019, 02.01.2020, 10.07.2020 passed in MCRC No.1426/2019, MCRC

No.3094/2019, MCRC No.5421/2019, MCRC No.8128/2019, MCRC No.3676/2020 respectively.

4. Learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 10.07.2020 passed in MCRC No.3676/2020 has passed the detailed order and rejected the bail application of the applicant.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and looking to this fact that there is no any change in the circumstances of the case from the order dated 10.07.2020 passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court and there is also a progress in the trial, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail in the sixth round of litigation. Consequently, the sixth bail application is rejected.
