Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the case of the petitioner is required to be examined on verification of facts and by applying the legal position as adumbrated in order dated 6.12.2013 passed in WPS No.3793 of 2013 (Ramsingh Mali Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.) and batch of petition. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that SLP filed by the State has also been dismissed by the Supreme Court.

In view of the above, respondents are directed to accord and

extend the same benefit to the petitioner as is granted to the petitioners in the aforesaid mentioned case subject to verification of facts stated in the petition.
