Learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that the appeal may be disposed in similar terms as Writ Appeals No.364 of 2015 and 365 of 2015 in the following terms:

After some argument, leave is sought to withdraw the writ appeal for pursuing departmental remedies. 2.

We make no observation with regard to the same. 3.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn."

The appeal is disposed in similar terms as Writ Appeals No.364 of 2015 and 365 of 2015.
