1. The petitioner seems to be aggrieved of Annexure P/1 dated 27.01.2021 whereby the place of posting of the petitioner was shifted by the Divisional Forest Officer, Rajnandgaon, Forest Division, Rajnandgaon.

2. The petitioner drew attention of this court to Annexure P/5 whereby the office of the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Raipur, had issued a specific instruction to the Divisional Forest Officers not to shift the place of posting of the officers by the orders of the Divisional Forest Officers.

3. On a query being put to counsel for the petitioner, he fairly concedes that the impugned order dated 27.01.2021 has been duly complied with by the petitioner and he has also resumed his duties at the new place of posting and it has also been about six months time that the impugned order of

-2change of posting has been issued. As such, as on date, the order dated 27.01.2021 stands duly complied with.

4. In case of any deviation that the petitioner seeks based on Annexure P/5, the letter issued by the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, the petitioner would be at liberty to make a detailed representation in this regard to respondents No.2&3, who, in turn, shall decide the same in accordance with rules and guidelines governing the field particularly keeping in view Annexure P/5 issued by the respondent No.2-Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forest. Let appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date the petitioner makes representation.
