(1) The accused/applicant has moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 274/2014 registered at Police Station - Dongargarh, District - Rajnandgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 489A, 489B, 489C & 489D of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 27.07.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3541/2015.

(3) The applicant's second bail application was also dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 01/12/2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 6851/2015.

(4) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any good ground to entertain this third bail application. Thus, the third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
