Learned counsel for the contemnor would submit that the interim order passed by this Court has already been complied with by issuing a communication dated 03.04.2019 informing the SDO (Revenue), Janjgir for allowing the petitioner to operate the bank account. A copy of the order dated 03.04.2019 shown to the Court shall form part of this contempt petition. 2.

Petitioner's counsel is not present in both the rounds to controvert the submission, therefore, this Court has no other option but to accept the submission made by learned counsel for the contemnor.
