Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 25/04/18 1.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.01.2015, petitioner has made representation to the respondent authorities but it is pending consideration since 05.02.2015 and has not been decided till date. 2.
On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that this Court, in Contempt Case No. 21 of 2015, Smt. Kusum Gaur v. State of Chhattisgarh, has directed the respondent authorities to consider and decide the petitioner's representation as per the order of the Court dated 14.01.2008, whereas petitioner's representation has already been rejected by the
authorities on 13.09.2007 which has also attained finality as it has not been challenged further. He would further submit that the land in dispute has already been alloted to Chhattisgarh Housing Board on 28.06.1980 and the civil suit filed by the petitioner's husband seeking declaration of title over the suit land in Civil Suit No. 56-A / 92 (Smt. The learned State counsel is directed to supply copy of the order passed in Civil Suit No. 56-A/ 92 to the counsel for the petitioner. No cost(s). Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge Priyanka
