Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 21/02/2017 After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application on the statement that the applicant would be moving an application for grant of regular bail by surrendering. He submits that in these circumstances, the Court below may be directed to consider his application on the same day.

In view of above submission, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. It is directed that in case, regular bail application is moved, the same shall be considered by the Court below as early as possible, preferably within three days.
