(1) The accused/applicant has moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 414/2009 registered at Police Station - Saraipali, District - Mahasamund for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 & 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 28.01.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 373/2015.
(3) The applicant's second bail application was also dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 20.07.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3712/2015.
(4) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any good ground to entertain this third bail application. Thus, the third bail application is rejected.
